Growers
Seneca partners with local growers and family farms near our plant locations. We currently have contracts with approximately 1,200 vegetable and fruit growers for over 200,000 acres of produce. Our plants are strategically located in diverse growing regions very close to our growers, which means fields are freshly harvested and processed at peak freshness, locking in nutrients efficiently.

Vegetable Growers
Seneca's peas, sweet corn and green beans come from rich farmland in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and New York. We contract over 150,000 acres of these vegetables annually to supply our processing facilities primarily located in the midwest and upstate New York. See more information on our plant locations here. The farmers who grow these vegetables for us are scattered across the entire state of Wisconsin, the southern half of Minnesota, the northern half of Illinois, and the western portion of New York. Many of our farm families boast a rich agricultural heritage and have been growing vegetables for 3 or 4 generations. All of our fields are located within hours or even minutes of the nearest processing facility to ensure quality and freshness.
