2 cups pre-cooked long grain wild r ice
0.5 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of c elery soup
2 tbsp. pimentos
0.25 tsp. salt
Directions

Mix together all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350oF for 30 minutes.
